Many new properties are handed over with uneven ground, buried debris and thin topsoil that will not sustain a lawn. The result is patchy grass, poor drainage and a garden that never establishes.
Catering for new-build renovations and for both domestic and commercial clients, we carry out a full restoration: clearing the substrate, regrading the levels, importing quality topsoil and laying turf or seed. The work is documented at each stage and signed off on completion.
